Meet your Centre Manager.
My name is Leila, and I am the Centre Manager at Genius Nerang. It is one of my strongest beliefs that children cannot learn in an environment if they don’t feel secure or nurtured. Priority number one for me as a Centre Manager is ensuring that all children coming into our service receive consistent love, nurturing, patience, and respect. I have been raised with a strong respect for culture and individuality and this has led me to naturally celebrate the benefits of diversity within each child’s culture. Having aspects from all cultures taught to the children throughout different avenues of play is an absolute necessity. At Genius Nerang we pride ourselves on being an integral part of each child’s lives and learning. I look forward to welcoming families and children from our community into our environment to become essential and valued members of our beautiful Centre.
