Meet your Centre Manager.
My name is Debbie and I am the Centre Manager at Genius Childcare in Pyrmont. I have been working for over 10 years in the early years sector. During my career, I have had the opportunity to work with children across different age groups and a variety of areas in the early childhood field. I believe in providing open-ended, creative learning environments for the children where they can freely explore, experiment and be curious. I understand and acknowledge the fact that each child is unique with their own unique abilities to learn and grow, and we as educators have the task of ensuring that each child is provided with opportunities to reach their full potential as lifelong learners.
