Hi families! My name is Tarsh and I have been in the sector for 14 years and hold a Bachelor in Early Childhood, fulfilling the role of both Centre Director and 3 year old kinder teacher at our Cheltenham centre.
I have a strong passion for children’s rights and advocating to ensure each child is given the opportunity to achieve their highest potential. My personal beliefs centre around the individuality of each child – there is no “one size fits all” in early childhood education, and we need to support the varying needs, learning dispositions and preferences of each individual.
Outside of my role with Genius, I am an accredited foster carer with Ozchild and love that I can provide a safe environment for children who are going through some tough times in their lives.

This centre is so fresh, open and has large outdoor areas. My child who is in the 3’s absolutely love coming to this daycare and always looks forwards to going back each day.
