Hi Families! I’m Steph, the Centre Director of Genius Childcare Seaford.
I’ve been working in the Early Childhood Sector for seventeen years in a range of roles primarily in leadership. Being a mum of two myself, I’m incredibly passionate about recognising every child as both an individual and as part of our community with their own unique way of learning.
I love watching them grow into their personalities and become confident, life long learners.

This is the third centre we have tried for our daughter and it’s honestly one in a million. This is the first one where she has been beaming with joy as we pull in rather than crying to go home. The team are just divine !
