Hi, my name is Mel, I am the Centre Manager for Genius Ashwood.

I have been in the Early Childhood industry for over 16 years, I started as an unqualified educator and then worked my way up to be a Centre Manager. I love working in the Early Childhood industry, there is nothing more rewarding than seeing the children develop their own personalities and watching a child learn, grow, and become their own person.

The team and I have created a Centre in which all families are welcome with safe environments for children to play, explore and learn, it’s a place that children and families can call a home away from home.
