Meet your Centre Manager.
My name is Lacy and I am the centre manager of Genius Learning, Mont Albert on Wurundjuri Land. I have over 8 years experience in the Early Years and Education sector, ranging in different roles from an Assistant Educator to a Centre Manager. My vision for our centre is to maintain our welcoming culture through the entire service. I believe creating lasting respectful relationships with families and children is not only important, but is vital to the future wellbeing and mental health of the child, as well as their ability to develop into independent, compassionate, self-assured and productive members of our community.
