Hello, my name is Lauren, and I am the Centre Manager at Genius Childcare Kenmore.
Growing up in a large family has meant that working with children feels very natural to me. I really enjoy working alongside families, as I believe it takes a village to raise a child and I am always grateful when families allow me to be a part of their journey.
Beginning as a Casual Lunch Relief Assistant at a childcare service, more than 20 years ago, I have worked in all roles with all age groups along the way, but now my passion lies in the management of the centre and mentoring staff whilst ensuring the children are enjoying a quality program.
I’ve enjoyed watching the child care industry change & develop over the years offering a greater experience for children as they learn, develop and work through their early years milestones.
I look forward to welcoming your family to our beautiful new centre in Kenmore!
