Schedule of Terms of Entry

1. Promotion

Genius Childcare ‘Refer a Friend’ Promotion.

Existing parents or guardians of children at Genius Childcare will receive a $250 GIFTA gift card should they refer a family who proceeds to enrol at an eligible Genius Childcare centre within the Promotional Period and meets the eligibility requirements.

The referred family will be entitled to 2 weeks of free care per child should they meet all eligibility requirements.

2. Promoter

Genius Learning Pty Ltd ACN 603 513 604 of Level 1, 60 Toorak Road, South Yarra VIC 3141 (Promoter or Genius Childcare)

3. Promotional Period

This Promotion is only available to enrolments within the Promotional Period.

Start date: 09.00am AEST 1 August 2022
End date: 11.59pm AEST 31 December 2022

Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility requirements

a. The start date of the child enrolled via the ‘Refer a Friend’ promotion must be within the Promotional Period. For the avoidance of doubt, children that enrol at an eligible Genius Childcare centre after 11.59pm 31 December 2022 will not be eligible to participate in this Promotion.

b. This Promotion is exclusive to existing parents and guardians of children attending an eligible Genius Childcare for a minimum of 4 weeks prior to the commencement of the Promotional Period.

c. This Promotion does not apply to children with an existing enrolment at Genius Childcare.

d. The enrolment must have been submitted within the Promotion Period. For the avoidance of doubt, enrolments submitted prior to or after the start and end dates, will be ineligible for this promotion.

2. Promotional Entitlements

a. Provided the eligibility requirements are met, the referrer will be entitled to a $250 digital gift card.

b. Provided the eligibility requirements are met, the referee will be eligible for 2 weeks free care per child.

c. Both referrer and referee will receive their Promotion Bonus provided that each child referred via the ‘Refer a Friend’ promotion:

i. Enrols for a minimum of 2 days per week;

ii. Enrols for a minimum period of 4 weeks;

iii. Completes 4 continuous weeks of paid care at a select Genius centre; and

iv. Their account is up to date.

3. Conduct of Promotion

a. Gift cards will not be distributed until after all eligibility requirements have been satisfied and the requisite time has elapsed.

b. If a referee is referred by multiple people, only the first referrer will be eligible

c. Only one gift card may be redeemed per eligible family per referral. For the avoidance of doubt, despite the number of children within the family that enrol at an eligible Genius Childcare centre, only one gift card will be issued to the referee.

4. No Transfers or Exchanges

a. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

b. This offer is not applicable to Outside School Hours Care.

c. This offer is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

5. Availability, Changes or Cancellation

a. Genius Childcare reserves the right to change, modify or cancel any or all parts of this promotion at any time.

b. Enrolment conditions apply, as per the select centre’s fee policy.

c. This Promotion is subject to availability of care.

d. Genius Childcare fees are subject to change

6. General Terms and Conditions

In addition to the terms and conditions above, the attendance at the Genius Childcare centre will be governed by the existing general terms and conditions in the ordinary course.
